TRANSCRIPT BATCH EXPORT — EULA
End User License Agreement
Also serving as the Terms of Use. Last updated 25 August 2026.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Pranay Nichani (the developer) and governs your use of the Transcript Batch Export plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro. By installing or using the plugin you agree to it. Nothing in this EULA overrides or conflicts with any agreement between you and Adobe governing your use of Adobe software or the Creative Cloud Marketplace.
Licence
Your purchase — or, for subscription plans, your active subscription — grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Transcript Batch Export on computers you own or control, for your own work or your employer's or clients' work. A subscription licence remains valid only while the subscription is active; if it lapses or is cancelled, the plugin stops being licensed for use, though files you have already exported are of course unaffected and remain entirely yours. You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the plugin, or attempt to extract or reuse its source code in a competing product.
What you make with it
Files that Transcript Batch Export exports from your projects are entirely yours. No claim is made over your footage, transcripts, timelines, markers or any output.
No warranty
Transcript Batch Export is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Please keep backups. The plugin writes new files into a folder you choose and does not modify your Premiere project, but no software is faultless. Use the built-in Dry run option to preview a batch before writing, and verify output before relying on it for a delivery.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability arising out of or relating to the plugin is limited to the amount you paid for it. The developer is not liable for lost work, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Requirements and compatibility
Transcript Batch Export requires Adobe Premiere Pro 25.6 or later. Adobe may change Premiere Pro or its UXP plugin APIs at any time in ways that affect the plugin's behaviour. Reasonable effort will be made to keep it working, but continued compatibility with future Premiere Pro versions is not guaranteed.
Support
Support is provided by email at pranaynichani@gmail.com on a best-effort basis.
Refunds and cancellation
Purchases and subscriptions made through the Adobe Creative Cloud Marketplace are subject to Adobe's and FastSpring's refund policies. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Adobe account; cancellation stops future billing and the licence runs to the end of the paid period. If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
